It’s starting to feel like spring is just around the corner… and I couldn’t be happier! I can’t say I enjoy winter all that much, so I welcome the slightly warmer weather we’ve been having of late with open arms! Some neat links – that strawberry pistachio loaf looks delicious. I can't wait till strawberries are in season again (well all berries in fact!). It's been 18 degrees in the Wairarapa today – felt very spring like although I'm sure it's just a teaser 🙂
